Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over 45 EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


  • We will not be held liable for any misrouted parcels due to customer errors. Please make sure and double-check all information entered on checkout. Upon 24 hours of purchase, we process the orders. No changes can be applied after that. The customer would then be responsible for re-route charges. 

  • If a parcel is sent back due to the customer not accepting it we will not refund the product as the package may not get back to us and will be destroyed as per the carrier's choice due to no parties claiming it.

  • If the parcel is sent back due to customer's errors we will not offer a full refund. It will variate depending on the parcel being received back at our warehouse or being destroyed by the carrier. If the second option applies, no refund will be applicable.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive your product. If 30 days have gone by since you received your product/s, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Please note that if the item arrives damaged/broken, you should report it to us immediately. If 5 days have gone by after the delivery and there is no damage report you may not be eligible for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a receipt from the return that must include a tracking code. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without having consulted us. We will not refund or resend a product that was returned by yourself without previous notice. The reason for that is that there are different warehouses for returned products and we need to provide that address for you via email.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

The customer will be required to present image/video proof of any damages or errors with the product to be eligible for a return. If the problem is a malfunction, our support team will show you an image or video on how to install the product correctly. We will then require you to send us a new video/image again showing how the product is correctly installed as per our instructions. If by then, it is still not working, we will consider a resend or a refund as per your preference.

We will not accept:

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after its delivery confirmation.
